Shaping smart change through creativity.
Jordan Steele is Sr. Graphic Designer on the Hexagon Corporate Communications & Marketing team in the Atlanta, Georgia, USA, supporting the Agriculture, Mining and Ventures divisions.
Since she was a young girl, Jordan has always had a passion for design, art and technology. “I was always asking my parents to buy me the newest creative suites that I could install on my computer,” Jordan says. “I started dabbling with the Paint program and, over time, ended up learning and working in the Adobe Suite.” Deciding to combine her talents for art and technology, Jordan majored in graphic design at her alma mater, Valdosta State University.
In her role with Hexagon, Jordan is an active member of the rebranding committee and focused on creating marketing assets such as newsletters, booth designs and keynote presentations for businesses. The job keeps her busy, but she’s doing what she loves and would not have it any other way.;
Jordan says her favourite part of working in graphic design is helping to create a unified identity for the company. “It’s great being able to think outside of the box and to be a part of the creative process with Hexagon.”
Whether it’s discovering new solutions for customers, driving innovations for his business or simply being with family and friends, Alexandre is always working to shape a smarter future.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys catching her favourite bands in concert and volunteering with Relay for Life. She hopes to one day visit and experience the culture of Bali. “I think it’s incredible that they embrace changes, but also keep their traditions,” Jordan says.
Jordan is shaping smart change by creatively supporting products that enable safety, productivity and efficiency.
