At first startup after upgrade, a blue screen with a white circle will appear. This means that the device is performing an initial installation and will restart after a few minutes. After this, you should see the normal TiX application.
The customer should send an email to support.ag@hexagon.com requesting the desired paid signal, informing the handset serial number, the board PSN code and the current software version. We also ask that you submit the registration form (attached below) filled in with all your billing details.
The factory will return with the amount in reais to be paid in cash, with all information regarding the purchase.

The customer should send an email to support.ag@hexagon.com with the photo of the required part, or the description of the part, requesting the quotation of the same. The factory will respond the email within 1 hour (within business hours) with the quote and all information regarding the purchase (payment, shipping, registration, etc.).
Customer should email support.ag@hexagon.com requesting field service, and provide full address of machine location, contact phone, GPS device model, serial number (label behind device) , and the reason for the technical visit, describing in detail the problem. The factory will return the same day, either by e-mail or telephone, to schedule the technical visit, and to pass the amounts in case of charged visit. The factory may request more information for warranty situations.
The customer must send an email to support.ag@hexagon.com requesting the quote, and providing a telephone to contact. We also ask you to inform the desired product (Auto Steering, Fertilisation Control, Guidance, etc.), and the model of the machine in which the device will be installed. The factory will return with the same day quote and details. Our sales department may call to clarify more details about the purchase order.

On your Tix device insert the USB flash drive, go to menu > system settings > change the system mode to advanced (ok without password) > about > system manager > Backup > choose between the options (Create/Restore) select the desired backup and confirm on your device screen, if you want to delete backups already created select the item "Delete Backups", in addition, you can import from another Tix or export the backups on the USB flash drive.
On your device, go to menu> system settings> change system mode to advanced (ok without password)> about> system manager> restore factory settings, confirm on your device screen.
Initially you have to import the map via flash drive, on your device, go to menu > file > flash drive via TIx > recommendation map > select the desired map > confirm on the screen.
Choose the option fertilization control or spraying control from the menu > attribute map > choose between variable rate or flat rate with map, then select the desired map and attribute.
Note:
Ti5 equipment: has IP67 degree of protection. The IP protection rating system is an internationally defined standard where it is dustproof and protected against temporary immersion (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). Therefore it can work exposed to rain.
Ti7 equipment: IP6x degree of protection, i.e. dustproof, not recommended for use in the rain.
The warranty is 12 months for displays and trip computer, and 03 months for other items such as cables, modules, antenna and sensors.
For variable rate, recommendation maps the equipment works with Shape extension (.shp) file. It is important to remember that the .shx and .dbf add-ons must be present when inserting a recommendation map into the on-board computer.
The file cannot contain more than 12 characters, as well as special characters such as @, - $ and space between characters.
For guide files (straight or curved lines), the accepted format is also Shape.
